This is the story of Mauro Damon, a young boy trapped in the Insane Asylum of Poveglia Island, Italy. Although he claims he's not insane, he slowly is thrown into the depths of insanity by the presence of a black cat who turns out to be the Devil himself. A/N: although not historically accurate, I hope you enjoy!

This was my history homework and I thought I would share it with you guys. It's about the Black Death that killed 60% of the British population. I hope you guys like it.

The year is 2034, the black plague has returned and has wiped out a majority of the population, however, a few people seem to be immune. You follow Lilith, one of the few, as the government works on a final solution to end the plague and keep the human race alive.

This is a story about a rat during the Black Plague running away so that he doesn't catch the disease. Will he catch it? Does he recover? Will he ever see his loved ones again? You will find out in this story. This story is more for people who understand what the Black Plague is and how it occurs, if you don't know what it is, then you should still be able to read it, you just might not understand some parts.

This "book" is about a little boy who grew up in Europe around 1336, 11 years before the Bubonic Plague hits Europe. Based on true events that have taken place during this time period.

Pure evil emanated from the form, the form that was hidden by darkness. Her heart leaped to her throat as the thing lunged for her, enveloping her in a cloak of darkness as a searing pain traveled up her side. Thick acrid smoke filled her mouth and nose as a scream ripped from her throat before she blacked out, stretched across the floor. When she woke, her parents and brother were gone without a trace. I wasn't expecting it, but I wasn't exactly surprised either. Maybe I'd seen it coming. At the very least, I should've seen it coming. There had been signs, of course. Then again, it's my fault for not realizing the different patterns of the Earth cycle, or how the rivers flowed backwards. I should've known how the world was falling out of live in the galaxy, slowly.
