Me: Hello guys we're back with a bang. Another dare book, another group of characters and another whole new kinds of fun. Neptune: Nice intro...but I think I'll be able to pull that off even better. Me: Hey what are you doing here Neptune?! You are supposed to be in the first section of this book. Neptune: Just wanted the readers to know I'm in here. Me: oh... Welcome to the second installment of the truth or dare series. This time we're using more anime characters in this one. Ask or dare the main cast from Hyperdimension Neptunia, Dragon ball super and Overlord.

(Based on the English-dubbed version of "Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation". This is Gamindustri. Beings called the God and Goddesses rule the countries of this unreal world. For many long years, these countries have fought each other for Share, the source of each CPU's power. However, fearful that the conflict would pointlessly erode their countries' strength, the CPUs of each nation signed a Friendship Treaty forbidding them from taking the Share by force. Under the treaty, the CPUs and their younger siblings, the CPU Candidates took a new stage in their relations. It was the dawn of a new, dynamic era marked occasionally by shared a bit of laughter, disputes as well as cooperation, war, and fear. What does the future hold in store for Gamindustri? And what is it about Cobalt Star & Cobalt Sister?

When Blanc meets a little boy in the shops of Lowee, she was not expecting to meet him again in later years. When they meet again something is terribly wrong. Why has the boy returned? What is his purpose? What is this boy capable of?
