Luna Earnhardt, daughter of Dale Earnhardt Jr, has finally become a part of the Sprint Cup Series after two years in the Xfinity Series Races. It's her rookie year with her two best friends Ryan Blaney, and Chase Elliott. But there's a problem. Ryan and Chase both have a crush on Luna and are forcing her to choose. Once she chooses she is to no longer have contact with the other. In a fit of anger the two gang up and crash her during the Daytona 500. She then becomes paralyzed and the doctors don't know if she'll be able to race again. Will she race again? What will happen with their friendship?

A short story inspired by Daytona, Ryan's obsession with vintage racing apparel and a giant rubber duck.

Living with Ryan Blaney is a joy everyday but the weekends when he goes away are hard. Ryan always promises to Dani that no matter what he will always come back. As life happens he keeps his promise and is right by her side. His promise is sealed by three words. I'll be there.
