After meeting with her traumatic support group following the news of the Boogeyman escaping , Laurie meets a younger female by the name of Trish Jarvis who shares a mutual struggle of getting over a night of murders. As Trish explains that her relentless attacker was thought to have been dead but still roams the area known as Crystal Lake around New Jersey, Laurie plans to attract Michael's attention to the lake as bait for his killer equal known as Jason in order to end her nightmare for good.

With her fathers words about popularity still on her head, would Kylah be able to give him one chance? And even if she did, will her family support her decisions? Also, at the end of the day, would their love save it all, and will he keep his promise till the end?
