    Prologue   Everybody is disappearing. So far three kids, three teens, and three adults. Its getting scary living in this town. Only four weeks ago Mooreburg was a close knit community, kids ran around everywhere, everybody attended events at the Field. But that was before the kidnappings. Now everyone hides behind tightly locked doors, making sure all their loved one are near, community events are vacant, everyone's afraid.       The police have no leads and the only evidence they have are the nine little pieces of paper with messages scribbled on that were left at each kidnapping scene. People throw questioning looks left and right wondering if one of their neighbors could be the culprit. One person is being taken every three days. Its been 2 days since the last kidnapping.       You can see the fear in peoples eyes as the hours till tomorrow tick closer, asking themselves who going to be taken next a piece of torn paper left in their absence.

She jumped and spilled soup on the floor, narrowly avoiding her shoes. Putting the wooden ladle down, Ernest went over to her door and opened it as more rapid knocks happened. She was greeted to Bella who was tearing up and crying softly. "Are you okay? What happened?" Ernest asked concerned about her friend. It was rare that Bella would be standing on her doorstep, and rarer for her to be crying. "They're all dead..." She pushed Ernest and herself into the RV and entered to sit at the small couch.
