    On September 16th, 1920, the world changed. It was not just the beginning of a new decade. It was the explosion on Wall Street. A TNT bomb planted by terrorists in front of the JP Morgan building. Caught up in that explosion was Ellen Cross, Luke Mason, Ellen's sister Carol, and Phillip who was the only one injured. It was now February of 1921, Luke Mason is now a successful leader of a criminal organization that exploits the new prohibition laws that makes it illegal to serve alcohol. Ellen Cross has become Luke's 'kept woman'. Ellen is no idle fixture in Luke's organization. She acts as secretary, she is also responsible for circumventing prohibition laws by creating a fleet of 'party boats' that operate outside national waters and outside prohibition laws. Carol and Phillip have not been so fortunate since that day. Phillip is now addicted to hop (opiates) and has taken to beating Carol and stealing her money. Bad drugs have shown up since the new drug kingpin of New York has taken over the trade. People are dying. Luke and Ellen decide to do something about this hop crisis before it destroys all the know and work so hard to build.
