At just 13 years old Nicolette or better known in her district as Nico, she volunteers out of sheer boredom. With no living relatives and a mind that's constantly needing something to do she volunteers just for the hell of it. Yes, she knows of the horrors that take place in the game and YES, she knows she's likely to die, but she's always been reckless. She's always done things that kept everyone on their toes. She refuses to fit in, and she loves to make a splash. So, when she gets the idea to volunteer during the reaping she doesn't wait very long to jump on it.
