Alen has just graduated her secondary school with her new friends, but forgetting those from her childhood isn't easy. She can't forget the streets she used to play in. A place of spicy noodles and probably illegal adventures: China. She might not be Chinese but she has never felt English either. As the memories keep flooding Alen's mind, she knows there's only one thing to do: she has to go back with her new friends. It'll be a challenge to balance both new and old relations, but it all gets a lot more complicated when love makes an entrance. Alen has to act fast if she doesn't want the entire trip to go haywire. Of course her group of friends have been known for drama but this could just become all too much to handle... At the end of the day, its only seven sensible teens on an overnight train. Absolutely nothing could go wrong there. _____ Prequel to 'Never, Let Go' so go check that out, it's by @xhailzx6!

From the time, you finish your breakfast and leave the hamlet to start the trek, until the time you return back to the same spot or to any other rest house; you are always at a risk of injury, threat to your life, or at least in a situation of SOS. I have trekked at high altitudes in India and Nepal with my children, aged 4½, and 8 ½ year olds. They did not take a piggyback to the base camps but trekked at 9000, 13000 and 19000 ft altitudes themselves along with us and other trekkers en-routes. Taking such small children at high altitudes were extremely risky and against the views of most trekkers and even our family elders. We do love our children and we are concerned about their safety. It is only a good planning and a careful strategy each time you start your trek which keeps you safe and accident free.
