Animation This is what I always had in mind. The story is about A Plush Labrador retriever called Chain and his Poodle friend named skipper. They are Junkyard dogs always escaping from a traffic warden.Living in the ever busy city of Florida. They make do with the junk yard and build inventions for the bulldogs...
