Words slips away from her, replaced by quiet noises, humming, or clutching onto something familiar. Plushies, blankets, cartoons playing softly in the background--these are her anchors. She finds comfort in routine: snack time, nap time, being reminded gently that she's safe. It's okay to be little. It's okay to need comfort. And it's okay to be loved gently.
