Historias de Bushfires

Last year a Bush fire went though the town I live in. I live in a very small town in the Bush and next to the beach. It bunted my family fram.

A short story. As the Australian Megafires ravish through his small hometown, he battles with his fears and emotions. Everything is burning to ash, including his masculinity.

I had done my research and read some news about this disaster. Here are my thoughts about the bushfire happened in Australia. This also serves as my task performance in Writing for New Media.

Bronze, an injured SCORPIOM meerkat , is sent to the Eden project in Cornwall to recover from an injury she sustained whilst fighting the Australian bushfires. Initially annoyed, her partner, Barley the corn snake, discovers a legend about an anthropomorphic cat called Skipper, famed for his protests against climate change around the world. As the two piece together more information about this cat through the diaries and journals he left behind, they uncover more about the past-and find clues that lead them to believe his mysterious disappearance may not have been a coincidence after all... ~based on Miraculous Ladybug~ Ladybug and Chat Noir get called over to Australia to help stop the bushfires. While they're away in Australia, Hawk Moth akumatises someone back in Paris. How will they defeat the villain and fix the bushfires at the same time?

This is a story I wrote about the aftermath of the Australian bushfires. In January 2020 my property was right in the middle of five massive fires, which are mostly out now - I kept having to evacuate, and then I didn't know if I'd have a home to come back to. Like everyone who lives out here in the bush, I've been thinking, this is how it's going to be from now on. Next summer, and the summer after that, and the summer after that. This is our new reality.
