The series ended abruptly. Not all of us were satisfied. As a #byler4life , I definitely wasn't. So here's a post-s5 story. Everything is back to as it was 5 years ago, before November 6th, 1983. Hawkins, the places, the people, have all, almost healed. For the people of Hawkins, it was just a 'Natural Calamity', but we all know what it was. The only thing that remains are the memories, and their shared trauma. Along with healing, many more emotions from THE HEART come to light. We are gonna go further beyond their graduation. Will we finally get what we wanted? Or do we have to go on many more adventures before finally getting there? STAY TUNED TO FIND OUT.

Friends with someone you've basically been in love with all your life. Oh, who was he kidding? That was probably the best he was gonna get, anyway. Don't get so greedy, Will. He told himself, but it still felt wrong. A beat passes. Mike shoots him a look he can't really describe. Like he's... unsatisfied? "No, not friends." Mike stares down, avoiding Will's gaze. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- this is fanfiction, i don't own stranger things in any way. The show belongs to the duffer brothers and netflix i guess. this story is only somewhat original, it's just an alternative ending to what we saw, so of course, not everything is mine. this has a good ending, i swear on dustin's mother. a rewrite of the interaction at the tower ("Friends? No thanks. Best friends."), and maybe the whole finale, too. because if denial's a river in egypt, well then i'm moving there for life.

Will Byers never planned on falling for his best friend. Leaving Hawkins for college was supposed to be simple, a fresh start, a new city, a chance to finally breathe. But everything changes when one impulsive kiss turns his entire world upside down. Mike Wheeler has spent years loving Will quietly. It takes losing him once to realize he can't do it again. One frantic phone call, one confession, and suddenly he's running across town to fight for the boy he should've fought for years ago.

Byler fic, I came up with in English class

When Mike goes to California to surprise Will and El for spring break he instead discovers things about himself. As a teenager the struggle between love and friendship is so hard to find. Especially if your true love is your best friend... Contains some language, homophobic language in the chapter "bad dreams again" (This story takes place with no vecnea in Hawkins or need for El to have powers.)

Mike is having a sleepover at Will's after an intense night of their games. Lucas, Dustin, and Max already went home. El is sleeping in Nancy's room, he struggles to fall back asleep, Will puts him to ease.

The day was calm, but the tension rising between Mike and Will was not. It was that day in the summer of '85 when Will and Mike got into a big fight in the rain. Neither of them wanted to speak about it ever again. However, the real reason as to why that day stayed buried in their minds was much different than anyone had thought.

Let's get straight to the point, Willow is in love with Michelle, but Michelle is dating Willows brother, so she is now shutting Willow out. Willow doesn't know what to do anymore what will she do?

The title says it all. I legitimately wrote out an entire persuasive essay about the beauty of Byler, and I don't regret it one bit. It's genuinely the best essay I've ever written. this is essentially a wee book of letters that would have been sent if Mike didn't have such internalized homophobia (bless his wee soul) also forgive me if they say stuff like mate, wee, craic, cracker and fuming. it's the Irish in me 🙄 anyways maybe they meet up in California at the end who knows mate. but enjoy and requests are totally open if I find them cool enough!!!!!!
