This is a proposed ending to Meteor Garden (2018) that is set to occur after Netflix Episode 49. Episodes 48 and 49 are considered partially a dream sequence and partially real.

This one-shot story was written to take place the morning after DaoMing Si has taken Shancai back to his home to hide her in plain sight in episode #36 of MG2018 after the infamous "5-year wait plan" conversation.

Past is something that we should forget, but present and future would be inadequate without the fragmented pieces of the memories left unsaid. What will happen if something ruined turn into something magnificent and wonderful? Or the other way around, what will happen if something well enough turned into chaos and confusion? Just because they collided. The sweetest yet excruciating circumstantial scenario at the same time. Their love story is not as good as others, but it's perfectly beautiful and ironic.
