This is the story about three friends who work in a call center and how the face the mundane as well as the aggravating day-to-day that comes with it. Graveyard shifts. Weird co-workers. Both friendly and not so friendly bosses. Rumors of the project closing down. Frustrating customers. Technical problems. Maybe a little love here and there. In other words, just what working in a call center is like.

Maria Victoria M. Hermosa Ria is a simple girl who wants a peaceful life. She is working as a Call Center Agent at Central Callers. She thinks that this is her way to provide the needs of her family since she is the oldest child. But then one day, she met someone that changed her peaceful life. A life that she never expect that happens to her.

The dead is calling. Will you answer it? Twenty one-year old Dianne's life was quite ordinary: with a middle class family, her best friend Ems and Mike, who secretly liked her. However, after college, she felt lonely as ever. With Ems migrating for work, Mike engrossed with game development,and no brothers or sisters to talk to, she is often left alone with her grandma, who is unfortunately dead. Dianne's recurring dream of her as she steps closer and closer to a tragic death didn't help at all. Dianne's gift of visions of the past never had any productive use, until now. With the only call center that responded to her applications, was Spirit Center. Will she accept it? Finally, she had a place to make something out of herself. Little did she know that she was hired for a purpose, for her gift that made her no ordinary agent. Spirit Center after all, is a call center for the dead.

Five years pass. Zaira is now a senior trainer, mentoring others with the same quiet strength. Elian returns-not as a director, but as a consultant. Their paths cross again, and everything they never said begins to surface.

The call center of BrightTech Services is considered legendary because of its amazing benefits. You can go to work as late as 8 am to 11 am, the pay is much higher than the average call center, and you can work at home if you want to. But behind those benefits, they hack people by getting their fingerprints through things like their keyboards and mouses. And they bribe people to do stuff for money. Samantha wants to be an astronomer and an astronaut. However, she did not get accepted to her dream job no matter how hard she tried or how many interviews she took. Since she needed a job, she applied to BrightTech Services. She found the benefits very enticing. Everything seemed perfect until she saw a cup of coffee literally glitching on a countertop. She then began doubting other things around her. Then one day, she spotted an employee getting shouted at and getting threatened to be killed by some higher-ups. The next day, she is nowhere to be seen. Many other cases followed after that. Because of this incident, she does not trust the company anymore. And she thinks that they are hiding something sinister. Can Samantha figure out what BrightTech is hiding? Or will she end up like their victims? Read this story to find out!
