To put it in a nutshell, I'm a 20-year-old college student, and I suffer from anxiety. The uncontrollable one (at least for now and hopefully not forever).
I'll use these entries as a journal. My journal. A new way to deal with my sleepless nights, my anxiety episodes, that I hope will help me get my head back down to earth when I can't stop it from leaving my control and start overthinking everything.
If you suffer from anxiety, or can't sleep at night, or whatever, maybe this will help you, maybe not. Hopefully, me writing about what's in my mind could help you stop your overthinking brain
Im not really used to writing, so I think I'll just let my brain do whatever it wants.
