Trigger warning, the topics are heavily oriented around sensitive topics like depression and anxiety. These short ramblings come from a 19 year old girl who can't get a good night sleep. Her past traumas keep her up and the depression keeps her tossing and turning until she finally succumbs to her constant overthinking. If you bear with her, she might start to make a little sense, and maybe both of you can stay up and overthink together. Think of this as a diary.
