This girl also on the occasion gets high within this story, there might be triggering content depending on what goes on in the book, there maybe a couple chapters including suicidal thoughts and selfharm. Might be a flash back to where beths mother died and she tried to do it or the main character in the book wants to Im not too sure yet.

Within the camp she meets a group of people who were stuck out in the lost world just like her. One boy in particular strikes her as a piece of something. Carl Grimes. A post apocalyptic. The Walking dead characters are used in this story. I'm not following the TV show for a lot of the story so people from the show that are all ready dead may still be alive in this.
