"What are you doing out here?" I asked him, the moonlight shone down on him, lighting up his face making his brown eyes glow. "Thinking." He replied, looking at me. I could see the thoughtful expression in his face. "About what?" I asked moving closer to him, to keep ourselves warm because of the snow lightly littering the ground. "If our stars stay." He whispered in reply, staring up at the sky. I too, looked up, seeing the glowing orbs of light that are so far away yet so close to us. Lighting our path, helping us guide our way. "They'll stay, our ancestors don't want us joining them us yet." I grabbed him hand holding it tightly, taking a shaky breathe. He turned to look at me, "Alan are you cold?" He asked in concern. "No, I haven't been ever since I met you." I smiled, leaning closer to him. **** One day everything came crashing down on poor Alan Ashby. He was your average teen, then one day he could not breath. Admitted to the hospital, he has found out he has a new brand of lung disease, meaning no cure. Therefore he must stay in the hospital. However sometimes bad things led to good things. Austin has been living with his liver cancer for over three years. No chemo has worked, he has been stuck in the hospital since the age of fourteen. He has never really had a friend and all that he makes leave right away, however that changes once he sees a certian ginger haired boy. Will their stars stay? ********************************************************** Not the best at discrtions, but I tried. Anyway, I made up the whole star theory more will be explained in book.
