Being royalty hasn't been easy these days, but I always do my best. Most days, I believe that I truly have what it takes to be a great King. As a result, I end up getting separated from my family and we end up getting thrown into an alternate universe where Rumpelstiltskin rules Far Far Away with an army of witches at his disposal. Ogres are hated and being hunted down, no one knows who Shrek is since he never existed here, and Shrek will die in a day's time. If that wasn't bad enough, Havendale has even been taken over by an army of raiders led by the man who I believed I would never worry about ever again. Can we undo the magic of the contract, find a way out of this hellish timeline, and restore our happily ever after? 1979. The story begins in California. An 8-year-old Maxine meets Cassian, though he's a mysterious figure, the two become friends. Yet his arrival is met with his swift disappearance from her life. Little did the two know that they'd meet up in Hawkins once more in 1984, and one hell of a reunion it will be.
