A few miles away a job comes in for Doctor Flynn Byron. Ambulance submerged, Peri arrest patient on board, 3 trapped in total. Firefighters try to battle raising water and attempt to secure the scene. Flynn is forced to choose between obeying orders and risking everything to get to the woman that has turned his life upside down.
