Casey and Izzie are still waiting for an answer from UCLA but they tend to keep their promise: if either of them gets in, that person has to go, whether or not the other one does. So they decide to enjoy this knowing that they might apart the next one. As the year goes by, they have their ups and downs. Will they survive this time? Are they both going to make it to LA?
