The day Southside High shutdown changed a lot in Riverdale. That event affected many of the small-town teens, but none more so than Toni Topaz and Cheryl Blossom-two girls who didn't seem to have much in common. Toni lived a teenage daydream, being cheer captain and the girlfriend of Riverdale High's star player, Reggie Mantle. Cheryl-or Cherry as she preferred to go by-was a gang member who lived on the wrong side of the tracks. They believed the only things similar about them were that they shared a couple of classes and the same friend group. But things began to take a turn when they started to realize there was something they could relate to; trauma. Little was known about the girl's pasts, but slowly their webs of secrets began to unwind and bit by bit they realized they got along more than they ever thought they would.

I've been watching Riverdale a lot lately and I really love Choni, so I decided to write some fanfictions about them. ❤️

"You're sensational." ~ ______________________ Cheryl Blossom, the "it" girl of Riverdale. She knows everything about everyone, including herself. That is, until Southside Serpent Toni Topaz starts attending Riverdale High. Suddenly, Cheryl doesn't seem to know anything anymore. She feels affected by Toni, but it's a new feeling. One she's not familiar with. What will happen between her and Toni?

Cheryl and Toni's first night and morning together at Thistlehouse (after Toni moves in). Basically, the two of them talking about Cheryl becoming a Serpent, the Serpent dance, Toni's Serpent tattoo, etc. Cheryl also comforts Toni and they confess their love to one another. Based off the song "Sometimes" by Ariana Grande. AUTHOR'S NOTE: I wrote this after that deleted scene of Toni moving into Thistlehouse came out and way before 3x08 even aired so, in this story, Toni didn't have a seizure before Cheryl asked her to move in.

A group chat laid out story. Cheryl and Toni become close after Southside High School is shut down, a little too close. I don't own these characters, all rights go to the CW Riverdale. Cheryl and Toni meet on a dating app and begin to text a lot. Since Toni was anonymous, Cheryl had no idea when she met her in person that the 'serpent scum' was the one making her the happiest girl alive. When they were forced to interact during a ski trip, something seemed to click in Cheryl's mind. Some of this will be IRL and some in a message format. Toni Topaz and Cheryl Blossom are both the "it" girls for their high-schools. Both HBIC of their own cheerleading team decide to once become friends and later lovers. Yet, they don't want others to find out and decide a fake rivalry is the best option. This leads to a couple of problems along the way..

Set after S3 E8. After moving in with Cheryl, Toni starts feeling uncomfortable living in the Thistle Manor. She questions if she is betraying her grandpa and her Southside roots by becoming a part of Cheryl's Northside luxurious lifestyle. Will Cheryl's frivolous spending cause a rift in their relationship?

Cheryl gives up Toni and Toni gives up on herself. In other words, what might've happened (in 3x18) if Cheryl just kept walking before Toni told her there had to be another way. This is just how I imagine it played out between Cheryl and Toni after 2x17. Toni takes a traumatised Cheryl back to her Grandpa's trailer, as he's away for the weekend, and treats her like a princess.
