This is a collection of recipes and reminiscences from over sixty years of boating and cooking aboard. A large part of my inspiration comes from visiting eighty-five countries and experiencing their cuisines. Though I have no professional training, I was an instructor in a major culinary school in the mid-1980s.

A una escuela en chile llego una Alemana de intercambio, la cual marcaria la vida de un grupo de amigos, que luego de ella volviera a su país ellos decidirían ir a visitarla. Este viaje será liderado por Josefa una Chica feminista y centrada, ella iría acompañada por sus amigos de toda la vida, José Pedro, Diego, Facundo y Begoña. Por distintos problemas Facundo y Josefa viajan de forma adelantada y conviven algunos días que marcarían su viaje, Josefa advierte a facundo eso solo sería diversión. Pero ¿será la pasión suficiente para un amor?

I have nightmares, horrible if I may add. Of course, I imagine you also do have them. I'm not saying mine are worse than yours nor vice versa. I have them a lot and I have good quantity of them so, I want to share them, so if you connect to one of them, you can help me to prevent them to get deep into me. Writing my fears down is a better way than to talk about them, so I think this might help me a bit. I can't handle them. I'm terrified, they are just too real sometimes... I am really bad at explaining things so I apologize beforehand; however, I'll try my best. No need to read if you don't wanna read them. I wouldn't...not mine.
