Enjoy this collection of poems I have written. These range from your typical poem to those of depression, fear, love, pain, sicknesses, and everything else. Most of these are short, but deeply personal. This is my third poetry Book. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do, because this will be another 100 part group of poems. In a world controlled by UtopiaTech, Naima's chronic pain drives her to try the Synapse Gateway-a cutting-edge device that grants five minutes of total molecular self-awareness. Desperate for relief, she becomes obsessed with the surreal experience, pushing the limits of the technology. But as Naima delves deeper, she uncovers a dark truth: the more you understand your body, the more you risk losing your mind. With each session, the line between reality and madness blurs. Will she escape the Gateway's grip, or be consumed by the very thing she thought would save her?

In my dreams I don't feel any pain, everything feels possible, and I can finally do normal things. Like everyone else. I'm not the freak anymore.

It was a bad day. It was one of those days where he felt as if his legs were being ripped from his body, and all he could do was lay in bed. He couldn't even think about swinging his legs out of bed, let alone going to school. He really needed to learn to keep track of his spoons.

Background: you are an Avenger and live in the compound with everyone else, including Bucky. You've been dancing around each other because you each have similar struggles and a crush, but you don't think he feels the same. After being experimented on by HYDRA in the efforts to create "another Wanda," you were rescued after they deemed you too unhealthy. You have scoliosis and chronic pain in your back and legs, which causes mobility issues, so you often use a cane. (Because I like to project my issues onto fictional characters) This will (hopefully) turn into a several-chapter slow-burn where you and Bucky get together. Undecided about smut because just cause I read a lot doesn't mean I know how to write it. Please be kind. This is literally my first fanfic after years of reading them. I've always considered myself a decent writer at school but never could get into writing fiction. But, alas, variety is the spice of life.
