Kasandra Scarlet has arrived on Obsidian Island to celebrate the engagement of near-perfect stranger Hugh Black over a long weekend; unfortunately for those involved, dear Dr. Black meets his end rather violently. That certainly puts a damper on things. Now it's up to Kasandra and the rest of the guests to figure out who killed their host. Welcome to Obsidian Island is a serial story set within the Cluedo Universe. It mostly serves as a long-standing writing exercise, but I figured I might as well post for the masses as well.

After three years studying Forensics in the North East, Oliver Watson, travels nine hours to be back home in Baker Street, London. Ollie finds work at Scotland Yard under Greg Lestrade and He finds out his brother has moved in upstairs with the famous detective he's never met.

Fluff with a teensy bit of angst, also written for the Sherlock Valentine's day challenge. I've always thought the idea of Sherlock having Acrophobia was pretty interesting (considering the whole Reichenbach thing and several metas I found in the depths of tumblr). I've hidden a sort of ridiculous easter egg in here for the hardcore DC and/or Starkid fans--comment if you find it! ^.^ Original prompt was: "Yes. But I'll never admit it." When plain Jane, Aubrey finds a guy burried in the sand, she naturally helps him. He thanks her by kissing her which throughs her right off, not having been kissed, like ever. Forgetting her towel she returns only to be lured into the water and kidnapped by the same guy who now reveals to have a tail. She doesn't remeber the trip down, but after a pink florescent bath she finds herself in the new underwater world. Which is really cool, until the mention that she is this guys wife to be. Not only that she is no longer the plain jane from Topside but is seen now as the 'Temptress' marrying the No.1 most eligible bachelor in Atlantis. Will the sudden attention faze the shy halfling as she tries to return to her homeland ... I don't know how I managed to rate this +13. And I dont know how to fiix it. It is more borderline G/PG.
