"D-did you just-?!" KID stared at the pieces of the statue before him and... the boy that appeared from within. Startled, the green eyed male stared back at KID, mouth slowly dropping open as well. His hand quietly reached up to brush off leftover crumbs from his skin, yet his eyes remained locked onto KID. KID didn't know what to do. How to handle this. He frowned upon realizing that his newfound company didn't wear a thing, and took off his coat to wrap it with a gentle smile around the shivering boy, politely keeping his focus on his face. "I... My, I am thoroughly caught off guard... You..." KID shook his head, falling silent again. He hadn't ever expected a boy his age to come out of a statue. Neither the large gem stuck right above his supposedly heart, sparkling under the room lights. His eyes dropped to the all too familiar deflated soccer ball right next to the remains of the statue. "I might have to make a quick escape before Meitantei stumbles over this..." *** KID did not exactly expect to stumble over a boy encased in a statue, broken free by the misguided soccer ball of an all too familiar detective. That pulsing gemstone embedded into his chest didn't exactly solve the mystery either...

As you all know of what happened to Shinichi Kudou, Kaneki too has turned into a child. During the Christmas season, Kaneki met Chrone. A mysterious girl who granted Kaneki's wish and transported him to a different world, in order to fulfill his wish there by doing a alone mission given by her. Will Conan and Kaneki be fated to meet? Fortunately, as a loving father, he manages to come up with a way to punish his daughter without imposing too harsh a penalty on the young girl. That is, by showing her chunninbyou scene as a film to her favourite anime character. Though not painful, it was sufficiently embarrassing, and even the senate, which was not cruel enough, agreed to his proposal. But who would have thought... All the characters ended up falling in love with his chunninbyou daughter...

Conan never planned on letting anyone close; not when life keeps him moving and heartbreak feels inevitable. But Mat makes the lonely parts lighter, and soon Conan must choose between protecting himself, or letting himself belong somewhere.
