Her friend was the one who helped her escape the hell she had been through with her 'boyfriend'. The night her friend helped her leave was the night that everything got worse. Her friend was murdered. She picked up on the habits of her ex, drinking and smoking. Her mom just about disowned her for it. But thankfully for her neighbor, she was able to stop...

Johanna's Year was a story on my old and deleted account and I wanted to bring it back on this one since I didn't give up on it yet, it's also a practice story for before I start a serious book and fully lock in, so sorry if its bad, but my english is good and I will use more complex vocabulary and writing skills when I feel like it. The story of a young boy who was a hero in the short time he was here. Through his battle with Leukemia he touched so many lives on the six years he was here on this planet. Super K also formed a strong bond with my Son through their differences from the other kids. He will never be forgotten!

Some rants and random things about my mental health over the past few years, just felt like I wanted to share them. Writing and thought dumps are my outlets for processing my emotions on bad days. This is my experience and by no way a guide on how other people should be navigating their mental health journeys, but hopefully a good example of the kinds of things that have helped me through the darkness. The first few chapters were written in a very dark period, so read at your own discretion and stay safe. The latter chapters are a bit more constructive as I have learned techniques to cope, become kinder to myself and have been removed from situations that were worsening my mental health over my teenage years. I have no idea if it will help anyone to see this progression or even just to read the recent chapters and have a look at my thought processes and methods that are helping me make it through. If it does help I will be very happy :)

The depression and the isolation is an insight into what most people feel with depression and the neglection and negative aspects. Unhealthy habits, coping mechanisms and the reality of it all. Most people in the world suffer with depression and don't even know it. Consider this as an insight into what your life or your friends life may look like. Check in on people, keep yourself afloat. Make sure you're okay before you check on others.

Yet another English project, one that sent me in over my head. This one, however, is an add-on to a podcast I had listened to, 'The Hollow'. All credit for the characters themselves, and the podcast, goes to it's rightful creators. And I recommend listening to the entire podcast before reading this, it'd make more sense! As the last man on earth, Earl is left to maintain his sanity in a ruined world. Falling deeper into the rabbit hole of his memories, he turns to a single, used journal to cope. Filling it with words and poetry, he manages to find stability through self-expression. A poignant story of life, death, and mental health, I intend to explore these issues with a touching honesty, motivated by my own experiences with the subjects. This is my first writing project in a long time, and what I have posted currently is not yet edited. I will attempt to polish and revise it and continue to release more content.
