~ "Alana! Alana! Wake up, child, the village is on fire! We need to leave now!" Mamá shook me awake. We packed hurriedly and vacated the village. Pápa carried our baggage and Mamá cradled Oliver, my newborn brother. I gripped Mamá's hand tightly, feeling confused at the surrounding chaos. People were shouting and screaming, windows were broken as people tried to escape the severe fire that was spreading quickly. The crowd grew larger as we walked. After holding Mamá's hand so hard, I felt my hands sweaty. I loosen my hand from Mamá's and wiped it on my nightgown. I reached for Mamá's hand, but she wasn't there. I tried to look past the sea of people who kept pushing their way as though they were in a hurry. "Mamá! Pápa!" I shouted, my voice drowned in the sounds all around me. I kept shouting and screaming until my throat hurt. No one stopped. They only eyed me and walk past me as if I was invisible. My vision blurred as tears puddled my eyes. Fear engulfed me as I got shoved and pushed. I didn't know what to do, so I squatted on the ground and sobbed, waiting for the fire to get me. ~ _ Alana was separated from her family due to a village fire, she was found by an old lady who also taught her the way of stealing along with two other kids that she saved. But was this the life Alana wants? The life of a criminal? I knew I had better things to do than watch the brunette doing he's homework, but I couldn't resist following the dot on the tracking device the agency had given to me. We met while I was robbing the bank, and he was presumably delivering food to the front office worker. Seeing how cute he looked I decided to harmlessly stick a microscopic tracker into the skin on his arms. Now I'm outside his window, ready with some rope in my hand, it was nice seeing him in his final moments at his house. Warnings: kidnapping, (boyxboy)
