There's this common conception that people who write hateful comments online are lonely pieces of shit with no friends, trying to find a way to vent their anger. Caleb was a piece of shit, yes; he was lonely indeed and when he set his fingers down to the keyboard to let them fly over the buttons, he felt a satisfactory emotion. But, by no means, was Caleb a loser. Straight As, playing on the school's basketball team, a great group of friends- nobody knew what Caleb was doing when he sat laid back during class, typing fastly but with indifference displayed on his face. _______________________ Ben was neither popular nor was he an outcast, though he enjoyed company of other people a lot. But Ben hasn't been in said company for a long time. As he struggles with his own doubts about his art and himself, he happens to get to know someone who seemingly has everything Ben dreams of, yet so little.

With writing a story you can create the emotion and genuine reaction of people in a situation so everyone can understand. I feel that if I can tell a story real enough, then others going through the same struggles would see what the true outcome looks like. Have you ever been bullied? Do you know someone that is being bullied? Are you a bully? Do you ever feel like you are a loner? This is a story written for you. Just for the record, this never did happen to me, nor have I seen it happen, but I would hope I would be the person getting on to them about it. Cyberbullying is on the rise and parents need to educate young kids, tweens, and teens early and often. They can apply and encourage children good Netiquette. Netiquette is basically a code of conduct for the use of the internet.
