Koushi Sugawara is supposed to be starting his final year of high school in the same school that he's always gone to. He's supposed to be hanging out with the friends that he's known all his life and everything is supposed to be normal. But when his grandmother falls ill Koushi is sent to Japan to live with her. The small town of Karasuno is nothing at all like San Francisco. Koushi has to figure out how to balance taking care of his grandma and life at his new school with a limited grasp of the Japanese language and culture. also on AO3

When her grandmother dies Kiyoko inherits a silver and Ruby necklace along with a letter from her elder. It explains that she has a gift to forsee soulmates when wearing the necklace and touching one of the couple. It also enables her to hear their thoughts for a short time. After the funeral she meets up with the volleyball team that are at a training camp for 2 weeks with some other teams. She soon starts to see who are meant for each other so she decides to give them a little push.
