Hanakaki disease is a life threatening condition where if you love someone so much to the point you physically makes you sick and end up coughing flowers. Overtime, too many flowers build up in your lungs and it suffocates you. The cause of this disease is unrequited love (or someone loving you without knowing). There is only two known cures, a surgery however it requires you to forget everything about the person. The second cure is if the person falls in love with you too and confesses.
