John is gay and falls in love with Freddie but being a homosexual is not socially accepted. So John has to battle as he finds a way to figure out if Freddie is gay as well, as Freddie teaches John to live a little and be himself.

John and Freddie had been giving each other subtle hints and looks for some time, started to hang out alone like couples would do but never said anything about it to each other. --- Now Freddie was gravely ill, his HIV affecting his health and slowly turning into AIDS, deteriorating his health. It was too late, he should've done something to save him... Maybe he shouldn't been too dense and shy to be with Freddie. He could've stopped him from living a lustful, promiscuous life of a different bed every night. John is full of regret, blaming himself for Freddie's death. Suddenly, he woke up, younger... Memories from the future retained. He somehow travelled through time, with a well and alive Freddie Mercury sleeping beside him. This is a good opportunity for him to do something, make his love alive for more than 45 years. ---- Some Disclaimer: This is only a fanfiction, and all a product of the author's mind though I [the author] tried to make it as canon as possible with all the evidences of this shipping... It is the end of 1976. Queen is invited to a New Year's party by someone no one except Freddie knows. Because Brian and Freddie are taking too long to get ready, Roger and John decide to leave before them. They arrive at the party, and it is nothing like they expected. ~ This is a Deacury story with a Maylor subplot! And some Joger, if you squint.
