The game where you bet your life in exchange for a shot at making your wishes come true!" She announced cheerfully. Little did I know that I made a big mistake in my life. Gambling my own life for the sake of a wish was just too good to be true.

In this book, a young girl finds herself playing a game with death, from the beginning of her existence, she has been fighting for her survival and a chance to become one of the kings knight. I know you may think this is crazy, but it is true, she has forever been dreaming of that and now she finally gets the chance to live that life but all she needs to do is play a game of survival. Death game is a game played amongst knights to see who becomes the kings official knight, being the kings official knight is like being amongst royalty because you will be able to command an army. The game is like a survival game where about hundred knights are sent to the woods, in order to kill themselves, the last five to return, gets a chance to become the kings knight. Our protagonist is also in the game and it gets really scratchy. Ethan is her name, she is young girl who grew amongst generations of knights, her father was a kings knight, he was one of the kings most loyal knight and the king had adored him and his family for years, but good things never last forever you know. He was beheaded by the same king who always claimed his love for him, his life was taken all because of a single golden ring which belonged to the king. stealing was not tolerated in the kingdom, but that wasn't the actual reason. The king was in love with his wife and he wanted her all to himself, so he planted his ring in his amour and accused him of stealing it, but his plans didn't work because his wife committed suicide after he was beheaded. Now Ethan sees the king as the cause of her parents death and she wants vengeance but the only way to get her justice was by joining the death game and becoming the kings knight.
