in this world something called a quirk begin to appeal making governments panic and crime rates go up and it wasn't until a group of people decided to help out using their quirks to stop the evil and it was only a few years after they got a name and they are called heroes and the one who makes / breaks crimes are called a villains. after the outbreak the government's officially give them a title paying them for the work, but needing a license now to even use their quirks only heroes allowing to use them but even the heroes have constructions, not use their full power to kill or badly injured a villain otherwise their hero license will be taken away. a boy who don't have no quick walk back home, his name is Izuku Midoriya and because of him being quirkless left in being bully by his classmates and sometimes teachers, but as the boy arrived home he notice the front door open and when he walked in he saw his dead mother with a note by her body leaving it sicked him and wanting Justice for his mother's death he called the police but sadly they expected him to be the killer of his own mother and quickly was wanted by the police he ran away knowing that justice system won't help him now and he will just have to do it all by himself...
