Topeka was the last of the Cleveland class to be built before Sakura Empire, and Iron Blood created the faction of Crimson Red Axis, and started a world war against Azur Lane. Topeka was also the final warship Eagle Union infused with a wisdom cube before the outbreak of war. Lastly, being the last, and coincidently the first male warship ever azured! Topeka would join his older sisters, Columbia, Denver, Montpelier, and of course Cleveland, the only other Cleveland class warships to be azured at the time of wars outbreak! After encountering intelligent life in the galaxy, Humanity is locked in a deadly civil war. On one side is the USC, created from the combined governments of the Humans and the alien Tinians. On the other is the Pro-Human Alliance, out for revenge for the destruction of the ESG Lincoln. A year into the war, the USC developed Project: Spectre, with the goal of creating the perfect soldier. The Spectres are nearly indestructible, and are equipped with power armor that improves their reflexes and can turn the wearer invisible. Ghost is one such soldier, recruited into the program after being betrayed by a new addition to his Special Forces team.
