Although it wasn't hunting Demons per se, she was driving a hard bargain that he wasn't willing to let down. Being one to enjoy a challenge, he would take up on the offer to hunt down Myths, only to discover more about himself along the way...

It's been six months since... since Vandhaul died. And well, let's just say it's been difficult with him gone. On top of that, Luke's alive, Arkham is still alive, Mundus has revealed himself as Kyle Ryder, and The Princess Andromeda is borderline impenetrable because of the titans guarding it.
