Un grupo de jóvenes son inspirados por leyendas del México antiguo llena de revolucionarios y caudillos, tras el asesinato de un candidato a la presidencia uno de ellos llamado ''rodolfo medina" decide poner manos a la obre al tener que poner la responsabilidad de cierto narcotraficante que a mantenido al país bajo una zona de miedo intenso al provocar guerras con otras bandas rivales y tener el país bajo una identidad corrupta y espiada con aquel infortunado. Tal vez una voluntad pueda acabar con eso a su manera.
