A Doctor Who: A New Perspective story

A quiet walk through Gloucester Docks was supposed to end with coffee. Instead, Samantha finds a blue police box humming beside a derelict warehouse. A grieving, wounded TARDIS waiting for her. Something followed her across universes. Something that has already killed one Doctor. Samantha isn't the Doctor. Not yet.

The Doctor, Jamie, and Zoe arrive at Artrix Gamma 3, a frosty and snowy planet located for surveillance and research for Galaxy 10. The human research centre begin to encounter trouble when a survey craft is thrown off course in the blizzard-like weather of Gamma 3 and marooned from their colleagues. Carrying some artefacts recovered from neighbouring planets, the craft is badly damaged and stranded in the snow. However, Gamma 3 experiences trouble for themselves when local excavation stumble upon a mammal buried underground within the ice... Once the Doctor and his friends convince the researchers that their intentions do not harm their presence, the weather outside begins to take a turn for the worse. The research, and even worse, the heating, begin to grind to a halt. The Doctor uncovers that the Ice Warriors have arrived on the planet, and have come to colonise the planet to suit their habitat. Further secrets lie deeper beneath the ice. A traitor has seized the research base. And the Ice Warriors do not take prisoners. The Prisoner of Azkaban was curled up in my lap while my tattooed hand held my iPod. My galaxy hair fell over my vivid blue eyes, preventing me from reading Harry's and Draco's fight. A ring pierced through my ear and their sexual tension and the earth began to tremble.I grabbed onto my book collection and my dog's strap. My mac, my dog, and my books were my top priority right now. My eyes drooped shut as someone whispered in my ear. "Run you clever girl and remember me" a voice muttered creepily. Not a time for a doctor who reference, I thought. Hardly any strength to reply, I fell in an unconscious state. Maybe you've heard of the Myers Briggs Personality Type. If not, stop what you're doing right now and take the test (http://www.16personalities.com/personality-types). This personality test isn't like any other. It magically and accurately configures your personality in just four letters. When I first read my personality type, several times I could be heard screaming at my phone, "YES! I think that way too!" But what's even more fascinating to me is reading about the personality types that aren't mine. Learning how the other personality types receive energy, think, make decisions, and prefer their environments to be has made me rethink the way I approach people. Another awesome thing about Myers Briggs is that you can analyze any well-developed character in a book, movie, TV show, etc. and classify them. When you know your own type, you can then see what characters you're like. It's pretty fun! So this isn't going to really be a novel. More like a fun compilation on the Myers Briggs types in pop culture. Also, if you don't understand Myers Briggs lingo, don't worry. I'll explain it in chapter one.
