At the request of her inspired companion (Starla Becker), Tiffany (the Fourth Tinkerer) returns to Pandora with Starla and their new friend, Scoop. Craig Williams has never had an official trip through the Infinite DC with Neas, the Gladiator of Gallifrey, until now. Although it's not quite with the Gladiator he once knew, it's with the one he will grow to trust. Together with Kara (Neas's 13th incarnation), Craig meets Superman and Batman of two separate Earths that will literally collide from a dimensional rift that has opened between Metropolis (of Earth-78) and Gotham City (of Earth-89). In investigating the occurrence, they receive assistance from the famous TV hostess Elvira, the Mistress of the Dark, who may be the key to solving the mysterious rift.
