Moving into the city with your older brother, Casey Jones was difficult enough. You had to adjust to a new lifestyle and try to complete your time at college. The persistent attacks from the Foot Clan and Kraang left you worried and confused. However, meeting a certain tall, glasses wearing, purple turtle woukd soon ease your anxieties. Leonardo found it difficult to be the sensei after Splinter's death. The pressure weighed heavily on his shoulders. The four brothers tried to live their lives as they always had, but the tension in the lair without Splinter was impossible to ignore. Mikey kept trying to lighten the mood with jokes. Donnie spent most of his time in his lab, inventing and building new gadgets. Raph stayed busy taking care of Chompy and venting his anger by punching anything he could find. Leonardo did his best to keep the team together and prevent his brothers from arguing. But things couldn't stay normal forever. One day, while Donnie was working on an experiment and Leo was helping him, everything changed.

After being with the turtles for a year, Splinter was searching for food on the surface when he came across a young four-year-old girl, abandoned and alone. He took her back to the lair, where she fell in love with the young turtles, treating them as her younger brothers. As the turtles turn fifteen, and their big sis Pepper goes on eighteen years, Splinter finally lets them go to the surface. What happens when they run into the Kraang and meet the Shredder? Will Pepper find out who her real family is?
