I'm hoping to write her whole life from birth to end of last season... I might not get that far but I'm hoping for it. (I won't be writing about the Pamuk Scandal)

Fourteen year old Sybbie Branson goes back to Downton for the first time since she left with her father to go to Boston. This is my first Fanfiction, so I would be grateful for any feedback! Just a tag to my own story, Snake in the Garden. Robert takes Cora for a walk a month after the attack on her by the Duke of Crowborough but being in the garden triggers memory of the attack.

I just can't resist writing Cora in her first years at Downton missing her family and doubting her choice to accept Robert when his mother cares for her so little. Cora has three Allies in Rosamund and Patrick, and Mrs. Hughes, who is also new to Downton, but she's not sure about the butler who seems to have much of the same opinions as Violet about her. It's even more difficult when she's pregnant with her first child and Robert is called up to fight in the Boer Wars.

4 years after a new era. When Cora's illness starts to really take its toll she asks Sybbie to look after Robert when the inevitable happens. About a month later it does and Sybbie decides she needs to stay at the Abbey for a time until her Donk is mostly alright considering.

As an Egyptologist from America who is transferred to curate the King Tut exhibit at the British museum of Natural History where she meets the famous Robert crawley, descendant of the Edward Herbert the man who discovered king Tut's tomb and director of the museum. It seems that Cora keeps thinking she's met Robert before but not sure where. She tries to understand and starts dreaming of a past life Married the 7th Earl who bears a striking resemblance to Robert Crawley.
