"Run Grace! RUN!" I force my legs forward, pushing with all the energy left in my being. I ran, never to look back at my past. Saving my energy for this very moment was tough. It was tough to believe I'd every get out of that cell alive. With the small portion of a sorry excuse for 'food' they gave us, I could barely keep my being upright, let alone running mile after mile from that place. I heard heavy foot steps pound the forest floor way beyond my brother's. A group of 5-7 men gaining on our heals, trying to capture us once again. Adrenaline kicked in right as my brothers word spill out. That we were going to be free. The catch is, adrenaline only stays, for a while. My legs burned and ached as I kept forcing myself forward. A part of mind was optimistic, 'there's always a light at the end other tunnel,'. The other side heard the begging and pleading of my lower limb to stop and give in. "Grace! Keep pushing! Keep running! Don't give up!" As if as though he read my mind, Logan insisted that I keep running. "Grace don't wait for me! Run and never look back! Keep run-" A sharp and piercing, thunder like sound came from behind me. "Grace! Zigzag! They are shooting at us! Don't stop! Keep going!" My lungs burn with the air circulating my tired body. "Grace!" He pleaded. "Please keep on running!" Adrenaline kicked another burst energy within me as 3 more shots were aimed towards us. "Grace! Keep-" 4 shot were heard behind me. A rebelling tear fell from my brave eye. There was no essence of his form at all. "Logan!" I hollered. No response. "Logan!" I repeated. He was gone, Really Gone. My brother. Gone.

Mentally, emotionally, and sexually abused, feeling exposed and tired. When memories won't leave you alone, and you snap finally. Having someone invade your personal privacy, such as being looked at naked by a family member, or anyone for that fact, can cause a lot of issues. You may feel disgusting, like its all your fault, and no matter what you do, they know what you look like, you have no privacy no matter what.

The Exposed Series, based on true events, follows the lives of five guys: Alex Brighton, Jacob Parker, Miles Chandler, Dawson Upton, and Smith Bradshaw (names have been changed to protect identity). These five guys are up to no good in the city of Easton, Maryland, and their story just happened to land in my hands, so what else should I do with it other than tell it?
