He has captured and removed thousands of the Sea Police's high ranking officials. And is now after the big prize, Commander Heartfila. He will stop at nothing to find and defeat the masked Commander, Who's own crew have never seen his face. He will stop at nothing to claim victory over the Commander of the seas, so he'll become king. (Cover art is not mine, don't sue me) (If you're noticing the missing chapters, sorry, I'm re-writing the whole thing.
