[Cover art made by me!] 3 years after "The End". The Masquerade of Sickness, also known as The Bevissthet Plaque was started by an overpopulated area of pufferfish. Fishers there would catch the fish and when they did, the pufferfish would release TTX or Tetrodotoxin in a way to warn the other fish. This happened so many times that the remnants of the poison remained in the air, and spread all throughout Norway, then every other country. Since no gas masks or plague doctor masks were available, Tord, the army leader and world conqueror (also known as the Red Leader), came up with an idea to use full face masquerade masks. The mask's nose and mouth would have small air purifiers, just like a gas mask. And the eye holes would be covered with a material that blocked anything from getting into the mask. That way, they wouldn't have to worry about TTX infection in the eyes. These masks were available world wide .. well, I say that. Their supply of masks to England was cut off. Lost. Forever. There wasn't another supply boat they could send. So in a last attempt to keep everyone safe, they took in as many people as they could. Including the leader's old friends; Matt, Edd, and most importantly, Tom. Imagine hiding your terrible past life at home and running away when you turn 18. If you stayed home and never ran away, you would be a solder. From trying to run and hide from your father you still haven't told your real family (Edd, Matt, tom and Tord) the truth about the monster your father really is. Starting a new life with your friends was the best thing in the would. You could say that maybe tom had a small crush on you. You met a girl named Susin and your friends with Jon. But Susin also has a back story as well... Will you return the feelings for tom? Will your dad find you? Will you join the red army as your father planned on doing? Read and find out! Tom loves someone. yes, you read that right. Tom. the eyeless guy who drinks vodka and calls everyone a "commie" He loves someone. someone no one would expect One night as everyone sleeps, Tom sits on the couch with a flask of vodka and drunk off his ass. "I love you clarissa!" shouted a character from the TV. "n-no...don't listen to hiiiim...*hic* he's just a c-commie who wants you for sex!" Tom shouted at the TV. suddenly a knock is heard at the door, causing Tom to stumble off the couch and open the door. On the otherside, is a freezing cold, wet, shirtless, Tord. Commie 👉Bastard

This story happens a week after The End. Tom and Edd have moved on but Matt had not. And so, Matt goes out searching for Tord... and eventually... he finds him... ((DUN DUN DUUUN))

This entire story is basically just me, having seen a piece of art on Tumblr, rereading Gerard Way's The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys and getting an idea that may or may not be a good thing? Set in a futuristic world similar to the one in Killjoys, but a bit less cynical. (If that makes sense) Please note that I've done absolutely no planning for this, have no idea when it will update or where I'm going, and the only ships in it are the ones that are confirmed to be canon. This means only Paultryck and Kim&Katya, whose ship name I don't know, and from what I've heard, Eduardo&Laurel is also canon(?), though I'm not sure if the neighbors will actually be in this much. Again, haven't planned anything! All I can say for sure is I won't kill any of the main cast, and this will revolve around the original four, namely Edd, Tom, Matt and Tord, with pre-The End designs (read as, "I like edgy Tord with darker hair"). Essentially it's their designs from Spares. Rated PG-13 to possibly M depending on where you live for gore/death and swearing-I'm not really one for gruesome details though so I try to keep the gory stuff a bit vague. You can always ask me about how bad it is before reading if you're worried it'll upset you, my inbox is always open.

The self-centered Matt, known for not being the smartest and doing things for himself more than for others decides to give his friends a life changing surprise. Is the change good? Is it bad? I guess you'll have to read to find out! This story is mostly happy and fluffy, though there's a slight bit of dark stuff later on. I'd say that as a whole it would be considered a fluff story. (Note: this is my first full story and I made it before having full writing knowledge, don't mind the grammatical errors) Completed - 8/13/21
