Poe has never been one for romance, he would much rather stick to his usual dark writings. However, as he begins to wrestle with his evolving feelings for Ranpo, he writes a novel to help him sort things out. This story was meant for his eyes only and he intended on keeping it that way. But when both Ranpo and Poe trap themselves in the novel, many truths are uncovered that only lead to more questions and baffling emotions. This is just a silly Ranpoe fanfic I started for fun. The cover art does not belong to me and nor does anything from Bungo Stray Dogs. Sorry, I've never published anything on Wattpad before and I am figuring out how to credit people and avoid copyright! A version of Edgar Allen Poe's original piece The Raven. It is quite similar but I added my little twist, and it was too good not to share. I originally wrote this for a transformative piece for english but it was to similar to the original.

Edgar Allen Poe loves writing poetry for his one and only, Ranpo Edogawa. Poe wishes Ranpo could be his and tries everything he can think of to make his crush fall in love with him. Just something I did during class

A secretary for the local police station in Richmond Virginia decides to try and solve the murder of someone that died a year ago. She decides to let Edgar Allen Poe help her with the investigation since he owned the building where the body was found. Join her on the trip to insanity.

Shadows stir, walls whisper, and the familiar becomes alien. How far can a single soul endure when reality itself turns against it? Beneath the gaslit streets of London, shadows twist and reality wavers. A man of ambition and vanity will find that the familiar can mask the unfathomable, and that the night hides truths too terrible to behold. Enter a world where beauty and dread entwine, and where the boundary between the known and the incomprehensible begins to unravel.

My entry to the competition for Twisted Writing. Its probably not that good, considering I wrote it in a rush, but I just couldn't get inspired 0 - 0 My hope is I last long enough so we can get to a new topic <3 Is it all based off of the Raven? No. I used it as a major theme, but I kinda combined some elements, like in the Tell tale heart, stuff like dat :D Btw, srry, Its kinda relevant to The Raven. I never really looked at any of his other works other than the tell tale heart. x3

But when he meets the charming poetic beatnik Judy Funnie, he learns that his food was missing the ingredient of soul. Will he get what he came for, or will he discover the true meaning of "the way to a Glove's heart is through his stomach?"
