A Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfic. Bandit was just a human boy before he woke up in this strange new world, without any memories of his life as a human to boot. Now he's a Nickit, which means others are suspicious of him because of the reputation Nickit have for thievery in the area. He quickly finds himself in a tough spot upon entering this world, before he is rescued by a Vulpix who very soon starts crushing on him. He finds a home in a nearby village, gets settled in, and starts going to school, but trouble always finds a way of reaching him one way or another. No matter how comfortable he gets, he can't get around all these questions. Who was he before he became a Pokémon? How did he get here? Why can't he remember anything? The answers are bigger than he could have imagined.

Things only go from bleak to dire as he is sent to a small town and has to interact with Pokémon he isn't too fond of. However, things are never what they seem. There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface. Discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and dangerous Pokémon become quite noticeable over time. In an unfamiliar place, the estranged brothers can only rely on each other and face the turmoil that's been eating at their relationship since their childhood. *I don't own the Pokémon franchise, nor am I the owner of the art used for this cover.
