They were sitting on the bleachers a comfortable distance apart. It was a cold November day and she was wondering why they were outside. "Why are we out here again Charlie?" She asked shivering. She scooted closer to him in search for heat. He glanced at her taking off his blue coat wrapping it around her as he rubbed her shoulders to warm her up. He made sure to slowly bring his hands down to her forearms then her hands. They were both looking into each other's eyes as he continued rubbing her hands, her palms, and her fingers. She looked away as she felt the familiar butterflies again, and the warmness in her cheeks. "You like me," he whispered bringing his hand up to her cheek caressing it gently. "What? No, why would you think that?" His cheeks were rosy and his nose was red, "you like me, admit it." "Charlie stop, your a senior and-" she said shaking her head. "And your holding my hand back Lesley," she couldn't help but stare at his full pink lips. "Charlie stop-" she pleaded weakly. He gently brought her face closer to his as moved his lips softly against hers. All she could think about was how soft his lips were and how good everything felt. Lesley placed her hand on his waist as they both enjoyed the warmth of each others mouths. As they pulled away, her eyes fluttered open to meet his pretty green eyes and rosy cheeks. "You like me..."

eleanor and park book 2// alternative ending

After finishing "Eleanor and Park" by Rainbow Rowell, I was left wanting more. What happened between the two misfits? Why wasn't there an epilogue? So I decided to write a short one. Enjoy!

A chapter about what happens after Park receives the postcard from Eleanor. The book drove me wild, especially the end, so I decided I had to give myself some closure by writing this short sequel. this is basically a rendition of The Fault in Our Stars by John Green from the prospective of augustus. i do not own any rights to tfios,i have just been wanting to write this since i read the book,and im im finally getting my chance to get it out there.i hope that i can sometime in the future rewrite other stories from other peoples pov.thank you all,and please give me feedback.

Park// It's been a year since Park last saw Eleanor walk out of his life, he thought it would be forever. He keeps the postcard she wrote to him close to his heart every night. The bus was lonely now. He stared out the window hoping one day she would return to him. Eleanor// Over the past year Eleanor has lost lots of weight, with the support of her Aunt. She cut her hair a little shorter and started flat ironing more. She had a good life, but it wasn't good without Park.

But what if she came back?
