In this silly, rhyming story, the elephant is having a tough time with his annoying friend, the monkey. The monkey is always "monkeying around" and is always throwing rocks and bananas at him. He's constantly bothering him and won't let him get any sleep. When the elephant gets tired of being laughed at by all the other animals and has lost his patience with his mischievous friend, he decides it's time to get even. I hope you enjoy the seventh book in the "If I were a..." series. I had such a wonderful time writing this and I hope you enjoy it too and it quickly becomes a favorite bedtime story for you and your children.
