After Wilbur blows up L'manburg, Wilbur doesn't remember anything, but almost everyone got caught in the explosion so he has to find Dream's spellbook thingy and find a way to revive everyone with Tommy, and he struggles to even remember everyone's names or what they're like. Paula and Patricia stopped by Tamaras, Ells and Matildas apartments asking about Tori, Ell says that if they see her they'll give her a place to stay (3 weeks; present time). Tori wakes up.
