Alice, an aspiring songstress and a restaurant server, is a gaming novice. She seeks a way to escape reality and her dying dream. Manuel, a family man trying to live up to his father's name, is an avid gamer. He dives into 'Hymn of Elys' after a long project to let go of his anxieties. Together they quest and journey through the world, relying on the other. No one knew just how much they would come to need each other in the end. In a journey together, in a video game landscape, they chase after an ominous goddess than fancies herself a maternal figure.
