The London underground is a perfect representation of a struggling mind and this creative writing piece is my attempt at describing the inner workings of a mind being infected with mental health while watching the world and people around pass by like the busy passengers of London.

Collection of the shitty poems i write

From the mouth (or fingers, in this sense?) of an overly anxious, frequent panic attack-er, who has fought more battles than she knows... I'm here to end the stigma of mental illness, mental wellness, and everything in between. This is an ongoing collection of my personal experiences. I hope you can learn and grow from these stories. Ode to mental health Be kind to your mind, even when you can't unwind.

mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and it also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health can be affected by various factors such as genetics, life experiences, and environment. Mental health problems can include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. It's important to raise awareness about mental health and promote understanding, empathy, and support for those who may be struggling with mental health issues.

The golden trio are coming back to Hogwarts to finish their education, and while they aren't defeating a dark Lord this year, life is anything but ordinary. The war effected everyone differently, and they all face a new problem: finding out who they really are. Without people trying to kill them left and right, they get a sense of their own personality, something they hadn't had time to do in years. "And when he loves me, a ray of hope shines through." Bella, a 21-year-old Computer Science student and vlogger, will have her life turned upside down because of an incident.
